Director of Property Management
Kristin is a part of the CIR REALTY Management & Broker Delegate Team, and has worked in Property Management since 2014 in Calgary & surrounding areas. Kristin's strong values in communication, transparency and authenticity, has enabled her to provide guidance to CIR REALTY Property Management in all areas, supporting Realtors and Property Managers alike. Her attention to detail, thoroughness and desire to improve Landlord, Resident and Realtor relationships is what drives her in her career.
Muhammad Khan
Accounting Supervisor
Muhammad has over a decade of expertise in the finance industry and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial analysis, property management, and auditing. Muhammad understands the importance of accuracy when dealing with Real Estate finance and has been the Accounting Supervisor since 2023.
Mark Osske
Property Manager Red Deer
Mark has been in the real estate industry since 1987 as a Realtor, appraiser and now as a Property Manager. His Property Management career started in 2019 and he has been with CIR Realty property Management Division since December 2025. Mark enjoys helping people find their homes and is there to help when any needs arise. His vast experience in the Real Estate industry is very helpful in his ability to great customer service and happy customers and tenants.
Shelley Moulton
Administrator
Shelley has been an administrator with CIR since 2016 and holds the key support role of the Division. She has supported Property Management since 2020 and prioritizes owner and resident experiences as she places the utmost values on the customer experience and communication.
Seema Vats
Accounting
Seema is an Experienced Accounting Specialist with a proven track record in the dynamic field of property management. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Accounting from McMaster University, combining academic rigor with hands-on expertise. She is proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the property management sector.
Gemmah Barrett
Lead Property Manager
Gemmah started her career in Real Estate with CIR REALTY in 2006 and over the years has fallen in love with Property Management. Joining the team in 2022, her knowledge and experience in both Real Estate and Property Management is an asset to all her clients.

Nicola's experience in Property Management started back in 2017. Her background is in customer support and her favourite part of being in Property Management is being able to speak and meet new people every day. She loves the ever changing days that come with Property Management and utilizing her problem solving skills that are crucial to the industry.

Karen is a born and raised Edmontonian and has accumulated over 10 years of invaluable experience in Residential Property Management. At the core of her philosophy is a strong conviction in resident education as a means to cultivate a sense of home, ensuring residents feel empowered and connected in their living spaces.
